We are delighted to announce the recent success enjoyed by Keith Loven in a patent case hearing held at the European Patent Office in Munich.
The case concerned the refusal of a European Patent application which had been formally rejected twice by the board of examiners. At the hearing, Keith presented arguments and
was able to persuade the board that the patent application concerned did in fact demonstrate the requisite inventive step and the application was therefore finally accepted.
