If objections are received, refer the IPO letter to the attorney handling the case.
Reporting Acceptance and Publication: When the acceptance letter is received:
- Prepare an invoice (unless the client is one with whom we have agreed special rates – e.g. certain German attorneys) – enter charge 5019;
- Report to the client using “Trademark Reporting Acceptance and Publication” and attaching the IPO letter and the invoice.
