It is our policy for all new e-mail/web enquiries to receive a same working-day reply as quickly as possible, so please monitor the info and Enquiries Inboxes regularly to watch for new arrivals. You will need to take a sensible view on the likely subject matter and therefore who should deal with it. For trademarks/designs matters, Tim and Keith need to discuss who will reply. For patent matters, Keith will decide who should send the preliminary reply.
If the e-mail/web enquiry is from a person/business based locally to one of our “offices”, it may be appropriate to arrange a clinic or other meeting. A telephone call may be the appropriate first step.
If the e-mail/web enquiry is from a person/business based in the UK but not locally, a telephone consultation may be necessary.
