Reporting Publication On receipt of the Notice of Publication from the IPO:
- enter the publication number in Equinox, as well as the Publication date;
- check that the correct Task for the examination request has been created (6 months after publication) – if the application was filed with the Form 10, this can be deleted.
- Report publication to the client using the appropriate template in Equinox – include copy of the A spec as published:
- UKPE24 – letter to client
- UKPE24e – corresponding e-mail version
- UKPE25 – letter to client where examination has already been requested – e.g in CSER application
- UKPE26 – letter to associate
