Sending correspondence to clients (which contains any form of professional advice) by e-mail is simply a faster and more cost efficient method than posting a letter to them by normal mail. However, it may not appropriate for any such written advice to be contained in the general body of the e-mail – rather a letter should be generated through Equinox in the usual way and attached in PDF (letterhead) form to the e-mail.
