{"id":106,"date":"2021-07-14T14:57:44","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T13:57:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.91.100\/wordpress\/?page_id=106"},"modified":"2024-03-08T09:56:01","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T09:56:01","slug":"2-6-6-editing-letter-templates","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.thelovens.co.uk\/OfficeManual\/?page_id=106","title":{"rendered":"2.6.6 Editing Letter Templates"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a large number of letter\/document templates in Equinox.\u00a0 These are designed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>save time by preventing the needless duplication of&nbsp;the same work over and over again;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid the requirement&nbsp;for us having to remember everything that needs to be contained in them; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promote consistency in style and content across the firm, irrespective of who is handling the matter concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Existing letter templates<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not amend the current templates.&nbsp; If you notice a mistake, or that the content needs to be amended or updated, please notify KJL straight away with the suggested amendments.&nbsp;&nbsp;He will then authorise the template to be altered.
