{"id":113,"date":"2021-07-14T15:04:11","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T14:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.91.100\/wordpress\/?page_id=113"},"modified":"2022-03-30T19:10:30","modified_gmt":"2022-03-30T18:10:30","slug":"2-6-7-documents-footers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.thelovens.co.uk\/OfficeManual\/?page_id=113","title":{"rendered":"2.6.7 Documents Footers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is helpful if general office documents that we all refer to, such as the telephone extension list, have a footer at the bottom which indicates where that particular document is saved and the name that it was given.&nbsp; This saves other people lots of time in trying to locate the document on the system if it needs to be updated or amended.&nbsp;&nbsp;For example, it will look something like this:&nbsp;Z:\\Cabinet\\Case Files\\LOVENCO\\B0001.000\\2011-06-01 TELEPHONE numbers list.doc&nbsp;It is possible to insert this information automatically into the footer of a document by doing&nbsp;the following:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the footer of the document and place your cursor in the footer (either by double-clicking below the bottom margin on the page, or by clicking on the Insert tab, followed by Footer).<\/li><li>Click INSERT tab; followed by QUICKPARTS; followed by FIELD.
