It is important that we do not act for two clients where there is a risk of conflict or dispute between them (unless the parties agree to our acting for both), or where there is a conflict of interest between a member of the firm and a client or potential client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In considering whether there is a conflict of interest, the following guidance points from the Code of Conduct in IPREG’s Code of Conduct must be taken into consideration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
